Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised Tages Capital SGR, as management company of the investment fund Tages Helios, on the acquisition of 9REN Italia S.r.l. (9REN Italia).

9REN Italia controls 21 special purpose vehicles, and its solar business, which is one of the largest in Italy, includes a 56 MWp portfolio of 51 operational photovoltaic assets. Tages Helios is the first infrastructure fund launched by Tages Capital that is entirely dedicated to the Italian photovoltaic sector and this transaction significantly expands its portfolio of assets in Italy.

The Norton Rose Fulbright team advising Tages Capital was led by partner Arturo Sferruzza, head of the banking and energy practices in Italy, supported by senior associate Luigi Costa, and included senior associate Marcello Ciampi, associate Ginevra Biadico, and trainees Lisa Rancitelli and Gloria Vigilante. Partner Attilio Pavone, associate Giorgio Manca and trainee Marco Regalia provided employment law advice in relation to the acquisition.
