Norton Rose Fulbright advises ACOFI on the acquisition of two wind farms in France

Norton Rose Fulbright has advised ACOFI Gestion, private asset management company, on the acquisition of two wind farms in France totaling a capacity of 30MW from RES, one of the world’s leaders in renewable energy projects development. The assets consist of 15 wind turbines located in region Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes in France.

ACOFI has acquired the entirety of these two wind farms through its France Energy Transition fund dedicated to investments in renewables.

Concurrently to this transaction, Norton Rose Fulbright’s banking and finance team also advised Norddeutsche Landesbank Girozentrale (NORD/LB) on the granting of a long-term loan to ACOFI.
