Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised Berenberg on the successful capital increase of RIB Software SE by way of issuance of about 4.7 million new shares from authorised capital. The New Shares were placed with domestic and foreign institutional investors by means of accelerated bookbuilding, hereby excluding subscription rights. The total placement volume amounts to €131 million.
The New Shares are to be admitted to trading without a prospectus in the regulated market and a subarea of the regulated market involving further post-admission obligations at the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (Prime Standard).
RIB Software SE, Stuttgart, is one of the largest software providers for technical ERP solutions (Enterprise-Resource-Planning) for the construction industry. ERP solutions are complex IT systems that are used by companies for their resource planning.
