Global legal practice Norton Rose Fulbright has advised Horst-Otto Gerberding on the acquisition of fish manufacturer Gottfried Friedrichs KG. Horst-Otto Gerberding is the former owner of the fragrance and aroma chemicals producer Dragoco (today Symrise) and has already been a shareholder of Gottfried Friedrichs KG since 2005.

Gottfried Friedrichs KG with its seat in Hamburg specialises in the production of fish delicatessen and, as a company with long-standing tradition, is focused on premium quality and sustainability.
