Norton Rose Fulbright advises Good Energy Group PLC

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised Good Energy Group PLC (Good Energy) on a share offer to shareholders, bondholders, customers and other interested parties to raise gross proceeds of approximately £3.1 million. Arden Partners acted as the nominated adviser to Good Energy.

Good Energy is an AIM-listed company and is the owner of Good Energy Limited, a 100 per cent renewable electricity supplier. The company and its subsidiaries supply renewable electricity to domestic and commercial customers, and support a growing community of independent green power generators across the UK.

The team was led by corporate partner Stephen Rigby assisted by Fay Stavrou and James Chester-Master.

Norton Rose Fulbright has previously advised Good Energy on its admission to trading on AIM and £4 million placing in July 2012, and on its £2.68m placing and open offer which it carried out in July 2013.
