Norton Rose Fulbright has advised Norwegian company Lindorff Group AB on the acquisition of 100 per cent of shares in Casus Finanse S.A., a Polish company which deals among other things with the management and collection of receivables.
Lindorff Group is known to be one of the leading players in the global market for debt collection. It employs approximately 2800 people in 12 countries.
The Norton Rose Fulbright team advising on this transaction was led by Pawel Bajno (partner in the corporate and M&A team) and included a banking team led by partner Grzegorz Dyczkowski; Joanna Braciszewska-Szarapa (senior associate, radca prawny) assisted in coordinating the banking team on the project. Agnieszka Braciszewska (senior associate, radca prawny) led on the due diligence of the company and Jan Grochowicz (senior associate, adwokat) was responsible for the coordination of all work on the transaction documentation. A number of lawyers at the practice also worked on the transaction during the finalisation stage.
