Norton Rose Fulbright has advised VTC Partners GmbH (VTC Group) on the July 13, 2015 sale of Silbitz Group GmbH (Silbitz Group) to Deutsche Beteiligungs AG (DBAG).
Silbitz Group is a composite of three pattern- and mold-making foundries with a broad product portfolio. VTC Group is a fast growing and independent industrial holding company with a focus on investments in international, medium-sized companies headquartered in German-speaking countries. Norton Rose Fulbright has advised VTC on previous transactions, including its acquisition of Silbitz Group in 2011.
The transaction is still subject to approval by the relevant antitrust authorities.
