Olswang advises Betfred on betting brand's exclusive licensing of GVC Holdings PLC gaming platform

International technology, media and telecoms law firm Olswang has advised Betfred, one of the UK's best known betting brands, on its agreement to use the online gaming platform of GVC, a leading e-gaming operator in both the B2C and B2B markets.Betfred will fully migrate its online business, including all its sportsbook and gaming offering, to the GVC platform on an exclusive basis.

GVC's platform allows players to access a variety of multi-channel content choices around sports and gaming, while a wealth of backend data will enable Betfred to offer a large degree of personalisation for users.
