International law firm Olswang LLP has advised long-standing client Heron International on the signing-up of four new occupiers at its iconic London skyscraper. This included the single largest letting to date and raises Heron Tower's occupancy rate to approximately 60 per cent.
Partnership Assurance, the pensions company, has signed for the building's lowest four office storeys. Securis Investment Partners, the insurance linked investment fund manager, stockbrokers Westhouse Securities, and Salesforce, the US software firm, have also taken up space in the 230 metre-tall tower.
Jonathan Goldstein, Deputy Chief Executive of Heron International, commented: "We are delighted to have completed these 4 major lettings in such quick succession. The Olswang team has been fantastic in supporting us through these time-critical and complex transactions; their commercialism and tenacity have to be admired."
Jonathan Lewis, Real Estate Group Head at Olswang, commented: "It is great to see more positive signs for the property industry, and especially to see renewed confidence in the city lettings space. Being able to help Heron secure such a good level of occupancy at Heron Tower has been a fantastic experience and we look forward to supporting them in hitting the 100 per cent mark soon."
The Olswang team was led by Partner Jonathan Lewis, who was supported by Senior Associate Benjamin Shore.
