The acquisition is part of Acision’s growth strategy to broaden its reach and capabilities across enterprise and consumer mobile applications and services, enabling it to offer highly-integrated, hosted messaging solutions, which meet the most stringent requirements for security, reliability, coverage and throughput necessary today.

MindMatics Secure Messaging specialises in mobile-based support services, connecting businesses with their customers and employees to enable two-way dialogue via the most personal and confidential mobile communication channel, messaging. The Munich based company, which has flourished over the past two years experiencing c.115% growth, has connectivity to more than 900 mobile operator networks worldwide, and complies with the highest degree of data protection, security and safety standards.
