Osborne Clarke advises Growth Capital Partners on €23.3m investment in John Henry Group

International legal practice Osborne Clarke has advised Growth Capital Partners (GCP), an independent private equity company which invests in growing UK SMEs, on its €23.3m investment in the John Henry Group.

Established in Cambridgeshire in 1985, John Henry Group provides innovative, turn-key solutions to telecoms network operators across the UK. GCP’s investment and partnership with management of the John Henry Group will support the continued strong growth of the business.

The Osborne Clarke team that advised GCP on the investment was led by Partner Alisdair Livingstone, who was assisted by Senior Associate Chris Yeo and Associate James Taylor.
