Osborne Clarke has advised leading private equity investment firm, H.I.G. European Capital, and the other selling shareholders on the sale of portfolio company, Brand Addition Limited, to Elysian Capital for an undisclosed amount.

A global service provider in the design, sourcing and distribution of promotional merchandise, Brand Addition Limited is based in Manchester, with nine offices across Europe, Asia and America. The business works with over one hundred premier brands and companies predominantly in the automotive, engineering, health and beauty, FMCG, technology and financial services industries.
