International legal practice Osborne Clarke has advised Mirriad Advertising plc, a global technology company and developer of native in-video advertising, on its successful AIM market IPO. Following admission, Mirriad will have a market capitalisation of approximately £63.2 million.
As part of the IPO process, joint bookrunners Numis Securities Limited and Baden Hill (a trading name of Northland Capital Partners Limited) raised £26.2 million of which £25.4 million is for the benefit of the Company.
The Osborne Clarke team that advised on the transaction was led by Partner Rebecca Gordon who was assisted by Senior Associate Kate Mellor and Associate Stuart Miller.
