Osborne Clarke has advised Palmer Capital on the acquisition of Colworth Park, near Bedford. Palmer Capital is a long standing client of Osborne Clark and acquired the site through two of its funds, Palmer Capital Development Fund III and Palmer Real Estate Value Fund. Osborne Clarke advised on the formation of both funds.

Colworth Park sits on 91 acres of land and consists of a 35,000 sq ft office, research development and warehousing, further development is expected over the next 5 years. The deal was led by Partner Tim Simmonds who was assisted by real Estate Partner, Kathryn Reid.
