International legal practice Osborne Clarke has advised Resin.io, the provider of a modern DevOps management platform for connected devices, on its $9m funding.

Resin.io, founded in 2013, secured its funding from DFJ, GE Ventures, Ericsson and Aspect Ventures. The new round of funding will be used to expand the company’s product footprint, grow its open source community, and broaden its global reach through new strategic partnerships and channels.

The Osborne Clarke team that advised on the funding was led by Senior Partner Andrew Saul working with Associate Director Simon Jones.
