Osborne Clarke has advised the Frankfurt game developer Keen Games. Keen Flare is a joint venture with the German mobile games provider Flaregames to develop quality mobile games for all popular devices, which should be, in principle, free to play (free-to-play). Keen flare developed the Mobile series "Royal Revolt!" and is currently working on the second part.

Under a share-swap Flaregames takes over ownership of the Keen Flare joint venture. In return Keen Games acquired a stake in Flaregames. On the operational side, nothing will change. The business will will be unaffected by the change of ownership and Pete Keen  remains as CEO.
