Osborne Clarke acts for Red Lions, lead investor in the equity crowdfunding of Kiunsys

Osborne Clarke advised  Red Lions SpA, the Lead Investor in the equity crowdfunding of Kiunsys, one of the largest operations of its type carried out to date in Italy with over 505.000€ collected over the StarsUp platform, the first portal authorised by Consob for the online collection of risk capital by innovative  start-ups.

Red Lions SpA, a Tuscan-based incubator company specialising in investments in innovative start ups. Kiunsys is an innovative start up based in Campobasso and a spin-off of the University of Pisa that offers integrated hardware and software solutions to help the city to manage in a more efficient and sustainable manner the rule and processes disciplining vehicle access to a city  (Smart Urban Mobility), smart parking and city logistics, bypassing and innovating the approach offered by traditional solutions.

The increase in the capital of Kiunsys involved 18 investors, mainly corporate, including the Istituto Banco di Napoli-Fondazione.
