Hogan Lovells has advised Leonardo Hotels in the acquisition of the Vincci Granada, their first location in the popular Spanish tourist region of Andalusia, and their sixth hotel in Spain.

The Madrid Real Estate team has advised the Leonardo Group on the purchase of all the assets comprised in their Spanish portfolio.

The former Vincci Granada will reopen as Leonardo Hotel Granada. The Hotel is located in the heart of the city , which makes the 176 rooms of the 4-star hotel extremely attractive.

A multidisciplinary team, led by Emilio Gómez on the real estate aspects and by Bernardino Muñiz on the insolvency aspects of the deal, has advised the Group. Also assisting on this deal were Natalia Callejo and María Llorens (real estate associates), Javier Gazulla (tax partrner), Alejandro Moscoso (tax associate) and Luis Enrique de la Villa (employment partner).
