Law firm Pannone has advised the management team, led by MD Justin Milligan, on the MBO of Xenith Document Systems Limited backed by Allied Irish Bank.

The company, which is based in the City of London, supplies and manages Xerox printing services to a blue chip client base across the UK including many professional service firms based in the City . It has a turnover of £14m.
