Corporate real estate specialist Stewart Womersley joins the London corporate team from Nabarro, as a partner. The move enhances Addleshaw Goddard's commitment to the real estate sector, especially real estate funds and structured real estate work.

Stewart, who joins the firm today (21st July), and who was due to be admitted as a partner at Nabarro on 1st May 2014, focuses on complex corporate wrapped real estate transactions and real estate fund formations. Stewart advises investors and fund managers on both UK and pan-European funds, real estate investment vehicles, onshore and offshore joint ventures and structured acquisitions and disposals,. Stewart has a broad client base and advised some of the most active property companies (both public and private), institutional fund managers and private equity real estate investment firms currently operating in the market Thomson Reuters (London 2013) calls Stewart a "rising star. "
