PARTNER MOVES - Ashurst boosts global fintech offering with partner hire

International law firm Ashurst announces the appointment of David Futter as a London-based partner focusing on global fintech.

Joining from Addleshaw Goddard, David's practice focuses on innovations in technology affecting the financial services sector, particularly the UK retail banking industry. He advises regularly on a wide range of technology, procurement and service contracts, as well as intellectual property law. David has over 10 years of expertise in relation to innovations in financial services and regularly acts for banks, financial institutions, card schemes and payment service providers, as well as advising merchants and corporates on their digital and mobile payment solutions. David previously worked at Ashurst before joining Addlelshaw Goddard in 2013.
