Leading global law firm Baker & McKenzie has hired a team of seven corporate lawyers, including three partners. Henk Arnold Sijnja joins from Linklaters, while Casper Banz and Mohammed Almarini join with a team of four associates from Houthoff Buruma.
Henk Arnold Sijnja advises on cross-border M&A, initial public offerings, joint ventures, and reorganizations. Casper Banz and Mohammed Almarini both advise strategic and private equity investors on private M&A.
