Charles Russell LLP is delighted to announce the appointment of David Skinner, who has joined the London office as a Partner in the Corporate & Commercial Team.

David is a legal IT specialist and will be advising clients on outsourcing, complex technology transactions, commercial agreements, procurement, software licensing and data protection across the CoCo and  technology, media and telecommunications (TMT) groups in London.

David has represented both customers and suppliers in complex technology transactions and is noted for his expertise in pricing, governance and service levels. He is ranked in Legal 500 and Chambers for both IT and outsourcing. Recent high profile transactions include advising Diligenta on the £1.4 billion outsourcing by Friends Life of its claims administration services.

David qualified in 1995 and joins Charles Russell from Radiant Law Limited. He has previously worked for Bird & Bird, Shaw Pittman and Morrison & Foerster LLP.
