Charles Russell Speechlys announces the appointment of Corporate Partner, Alexis Karim. Alexis joins the Firm’s London office from DWF, and his arrival earmarks the division’s growth strategy for the year ahead.

Alexis is a corporate lawyer specialising in corporate private M&A, as well as private equity (PE) and venture capital (VC) work. His client base includes both mid-size, large and growth corporates, PE and VC sponsors, family offices, management teams and investee companies. Alexis’s practice spans a number of sectors, most notably healthcare and life sciences, financial services and technology.

At Charles Russell Speechlys, Alexis will be looking to develop his work for corporates and mid-market PE institutions, and to work alongside the wider team to drive forward mandates in sectors which align to the Firm’s key focus areas.
