On 1 April 2022 Charlotte Garnitsch will return to Taylor Wessing and will be appointed partner in the Intellectual Property team. Charlotte is an experienced litigator who specializes in patent disputes. She is an expert in cross-border jurisdiction and damages in IP cases and represents and counsels both national and international businesses, a.o. with respect to life sciences, industrial design and retail.
Taylor Wessing is market leader in IP in a broad range of areas, in particular life sciences, mechanical and electronic technology, telecommunication, consumer goods, fashion and media. The national and international growth the team has achieved in the past few years has led to laudatory testimonials and (rising) rankings in Legal 500, Chambers, IP STARS and others.
