PARTNER MOVES - Clifford Chance continues to grow private capital team with hire of Bruce Embley

Global Law Firm Clifford Chance is pleased to announce the appointment of leading Private Equity Partner Bruce Embley, based in London, as part of the firm's ambitious global Private Capital growth strategy.
Bruce brings extensive experience advising on high-profile and complex private capital transactions for market leading clients. He has worked with a wide range of clients, from leading private equity houses to international corporates, and has a wealth of knowledge both in cross-border private and public transactions. Bruce joins the Clifford Chance Private Equity team from Skadden, having previously been Co-Head of Global M&A at Freshfields.
