International law firm Clifford Chance is strengthening its global Corporate practice with a prominent addition to the German team. Anselm Raddatz joins the firm from Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer where he was a partner in the Corporate/M&A practice and co-head of the global Energy and Natural Resources Group. He will be based in Clifford Chance's Düsseldorf office.
Anselm is recognised as one of Germany's leading M&A lawyers and has many years experience advising on complex international M&A transactions, as well as on corporate restructuring projects and joint ventures. He has particular expertise in transactions in regulated industries and for private equity investors, both in Germany and abroad.
Anselm will become the co-head of Clifford Chance's Corporate practice in Germany alongside Thomas Krecek. He will also become a member of Clifford Chance's Global Corporate Leadership Group (GCLG).
