International law firm Clifford Chance is expanding its German tax and funds practice with the addition of Dr Stefan Herr. Stefan Herr will be based in the Frankfurt office. With his expertise and market experience, he will further strengthen the German and European tax and funds practice of the firm.

Stefan Herr is one of the outstanding advisors in the fund and asset management business. He is qualified as lawyer, tax advisor and specialist tax lawyer and previously worked as a partner for PwC. He brings extensive experience in advising investment funds, asset managers, institutional investors and family offices on the structuring of funds and investment vehicles of all asset classes. In addition, he advises on complex tax compliance matters and financial products.
