CMS Francis Lefebvre Morocco , historical subsidiary of CMS Francis Lefebvre for more than 75 years, announces the appointment of Johan Bruneau , lawyer in business law, experienced in the issues of Moroccan and transnational legal and administrative affairs.
Johan Bruneau , 39, has joined the CMS Francis Lefebvre Morocco team by taking responsibility for the Business Law / Mergers & Acquisitions department.
Holder of a master's degree in international business law obtained in 2007, Johan became a lawyer in 2014. After several experiences in law firms and at CMS Francis Lefebvre Morocco (2008/2009 and 2010/2014), Johan joined the Roullier Group in 2015, international industrial leader in plant and animal nutrition as a senior lawyer. Subsequently appointed Head of Corporate Legal / M&A in 2018, he supports several operations of development and reorganization of companies internationally and in particular in North Africa.
This appointment strengthens the CMS Francis Lefebvre Morocco team, made up of around fifteen employees and organized around four departments: tax, social, company law, business law / mergers and acquisitions. The lawyers and tax experts are involved in all areas of Moroccan business law and are able to support investors in the context of their projects in Africa. They work in close collaboration with the CMS Francis Lefebvre teams based in France and assist both multinationals and local companies, in different sectors of activity: aeronautics, banking and insurance, distribution, construction, infrastructure, public markets, etc. Their skills are widely recognized by the market and operators.
