International law firm DAC Beachcroft's Claims Solutions Group (CSG) is delighted to welcome partner Jennifer Lund to its Travel & Tourism practice.

Jennifer is a dual-qualified Barrister and Solicitor who joins DACB from Irwin Mitchell, where she led the International Serious Injury Team. Throughout her career, Jennifer has advised across various sectors, acting in high-value, cross-jurisdictional cases involving the most serious brain and/or spinal cord injuries, mass fatalities, and medical negligence across the world.  She has pursued and defended cases from the High Court (London) up to the UK Supreme Court and the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU).
