Global law firm Dentons has strengthened its Corporate and M&A practice in Prague with the recruitment of David Šimek as a partner. He will focus on mid-size to large cross-border M&A deals, with a particular focus on the technology sector.

Beyond M&A, David Šimek has broad experience with structuring of corporate governance rules, implementing of corporate restructurings and enhancing of the clients’ compliance with complex regulatory frameworks. He specializes in the TMT/ICT sector, energy sector and other technology-based sectors. He joins from Deloitte Legal, where he was a Senior Managing Associate in the Corporate and M&A department.
