Brian S. Lichter has joined Davis Polk's Real Estate Group. Mr. Lichter joins Davis Polk from Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP and brings extensive experience representing owners, developers, funds, real estate investment trusts (REITs) and other financial institutions in a broad range of commercial real estate transactions. Mr. Lichter is an integral part of the growth of Davis Polk’s Real Estate Group, which is at the center of the real estate marketplace advising a wide range of clients on some of the most dynamic and complex transactions in the industry.
