Dentons announces that William Davis has joined the Firm’s Corporate, Tax and Private Client practice as a partner resident in the Houston office. Davis focuses on representing public companies and private clients in a broad range of corporate matters.

Davis’ experience spans securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance issues, corporate restructurings, corporate financings, and general corporate and securities law matters, with a strong emphasis on the energy, healthcare and foodservice sectors. He has significant experience in multijurisdictional transactions, representing US and non-US clients in various cross-border acquisitions, joint ventures and similar transactions. Davis’ securities experience includes registered and private offerings of debt and equity securities, stock exchange compliance and US Securities and Exchange Commission reporting.
