Nurhan Aycan has more than 25 years of experience dealing with Canadian and international corporate and commercial matters, with a particular focus on assisting high-growth companies across various sectors.

Mehmet Kömürcü, PhD, is an internationally trained corporate lawyer focused on M&A and investment management. Qualified to practice in Ontario, New York and Turkey, Mehmet was based in Istanbul for a decade, and has developed strong relationships with industry and regulatory stakeholders throughout Europe and the Middle East.
