He has acted for clients in connection with their initial public offerings, follow-on offerings and listings on the Toronto Stock Exchange, the TSX Venture Exchange and the Canadian Securities Exchange. Kosta provides practical advice on commercial matters to clients across various sectors, including the mining, oil and natural gas, renewable energy, information technology, biotechnology, manufacturing, retail and transportation industries.
