The Dentons law firm announces the entry of the lawyer Enrico Troianiello , as a partner in the Italian department of Corporate M&A, which thus has 31 professionals.

With the new partner, the associate Giacomo Pino also joins Dentons. Both will be based in the Milan office.

Attorney Troianiello, who hails from Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle, has extensive experience in assisting private sector companies, investment funds and banks in relation to a wide range of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, corporate finance, joint venture agreements, corporate reorganizations and buyouts.

He regularly assists clients active in the food and beverage, chemical pharmaceutical, automotive and mechanical sectors.
