Dentons has added Anthony J. Cieri as a partner in the Firm’s Corporate group. Anthony has 20 years of experience with mergers and acquisitions and corporate law in private practice and in-house roles. He assists clients with joint ventures, venture capital investments, divestitures and corporate finance matters. Anthony also counsels clients on securities offerings and compliance with state and federal securities law.

Prior to joining Dentons, Anthony served as assistant general counsel and chief mergers and acquisitions counsel for a global manufacturer in the automotive industry, where he led a high volume of acquisitions, and handled and oversaw corporate financings, franchise matters, contracts and real estate transactions.
