Dentons announced that Michael Rennock has joined the Firm’s Venture Technology and Emerging Growth Companies (VTG) practice as a partner in the New York Meatpacking office. His addition comes during a period of robust growth, with several strategic additions to the VTG team in recent months. Rennock offers clients extensive knowledge and experience in M&A, securities offerings, IPOs and secondary offerings, corporate governance, and private equity and venture capital matters.
A corporate strategist with more than 35 years of diverse experience, Rennock’s background includes advising on a wide range of transactions, including M&A and securities. His capital markets and finance experience includes high-yield and convertible debt financings, venture capital and private equity financings, PIPES, Rule 144A and Reg S offerings, traditional private placements, recapitalizations, secured and unsecured borrowings and project financings. Rennock’s clients span a variety of industries, including technology, telecommunications, healthcare, education, manufacturing, electronic data transmission, blockchain and cryptocurrency, defense, retail, finance, energy and transportation.
