PARTNER MOVES - Dentons welcomes Adam Allouba as a partner in our Corporate group

Dentons is pleased to announce that Adam Allouba has joined the Firm as a partner in our Corporate group.

Based in Montréal, Adam's practice is focused on various elements of commercial law, as well as competition/antitrust law. He advises public companies with respect to both transactional and regulatory matters, including private placements, prospectus offerings, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring transactions, privatizations and shareholder meetings. Adam also has particular experience with respect to issuers listed on the TSX Venture Exchange.

On the competition/antitrust side, Adam advises clients on matters related to the Competition Act in connection with pre-merger notifications, business practices and investigations by the Competition Bureau. He also advises both established and startup businesses on compliance issues with Québec's consumer protection and privacy legislation.

Adam obtained a Bachelor and Master of Arts from McGill University, where he also attended law school. He was called to both the Québec Bar and the New York Bar in 2006.
