Dentons Canada LLP is pleased to announce that Corey MacKinnon has joined our Toronto office as a partner in the Firm’s Corporate Group.

Corey’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance, including public and private securities offerings. His extensive domestic and cross-border experience covers a wide range of industries, including significant mandates in the mining, insurance, manufacturing, technology, media and communications sectors, and key markets, including North America, Latin America, Australia and Europe.
