Dentons Canada LLP is pleased to announce that Craig Hill, one of Calgary’s leading real estate lawyers, has joined its pre-eminent Real Estate Group as a partner in the Calgary office.
With more than 30 years’ experience, Craig’s practice encompasses all aspects of commercial real estate and development, specifically in the area of condominium planning and development, for which he is recognized as a leading practitioner. He represents a diversity of clients on matters related to real property acquisitions and dispositions, land development projects, joint ventures, hotel development, commercial real estate financing transactions and commercial leasing.

In addition to managing his large and diverse law practice, Craig is active in the community, having given three years on the National Board of Directors of Habitat for Humanity Canada (serving as Board Chair in his last year), and eight years on the Board of Habitat for Humanity Calgary (serving as Board Chair and Secretary). For the past six years, Craig has been an Advisory Board member for CORCAN - a special operating agency of the Correctional Service of Canada. Craig continues his community work in Calgary as a member of the Campaign Cabinet for the $120 million RESOLVE Capital Campaign, the first collaborative campaign in Canada focused solely on raising capital to fund enough affordable housing units, with supports, for 3,000 Calgarians.
