International law firm, Osborne Clarke has hired a new Partner in Milan, Diego Rigatti. Diego, who has a notable experience in corporate advisory work, IP and IT (both contentious and non-contentious) will add to the firm’s existing offering to clients operating in the life sciences, luxury goods and design sectors.

Diego has particular skills in the management of shareholder disputes, international arbitration and public procurement. He arrives from Orrick where he was head of the IP, IT & Privacy teams and part of the European Corporate Group.

He previously worked with Studio Legale e Tributario di Milano, a firm associated with Ernst & Young International.

Rigatti is also joined by Associate Piergiorgio Castronovo and Associate Manuela Di Girolamo.
