Meiseles focuses his corporate practice advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, joint venture transactions, organization and funding of startups, venture financing, private placement of securities, corporate governance and reorganizations, and general business counseling. Meiseles has advised startups and their founders in various strategic initiatives, from inception through business development and the founders’ exit.
