DLA Piper is pleased to welcome Partner Kevin Milgram to its national Emerging Growth and Venture Capital practice. He will be based in the firm’s Northern Virginia (Reston) office.
Milgram counsels companies on the formation and financing of emerging companies and M&A, as well as general corporate matters. He advises clients in a wide variety of industries, with a particular emphasis on defense technology, national security, information technology, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, autonomous vehicles, unmanned aircraft, and government-focused software. As a former U.S. Air Force officer, his practice also focuses on the representation of veteran-led businesses.
