DLA Piper is pleased to announce the launch of its funds offering in Paris with the hire of Corporate partner Benjamin Aller, who joins from the asset management consultancy, MJ Hudson.
Benjamin has more than 20 years’ experience advising on private investment funds and related transactions. He acts on the formation of a wide range of vehicles including venture capital funds, buyout funds, mezzanine funds, hedge funds, private equity real estate funds, infrastructure funds and funds of funds. He has advised on several hundred fund of fund investments throughout Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia, and routinely acts for buyers or sellers in secondary transactions involving fund investments.
This hire comes after DLA Piper hired Tax partners Sylvie Vansteenkiste, Fanny Combourieu and Raphaël Béra in Paris, with whom Benjamin will work closely.
