DLA Piper today announces that Dr Michael Burg has joined the firm's Corporate practice as a partner in the Cologne office. Michael joins from White & Case, where he was a partner in the Corporate/M&A practice. He has extensive knowledge in advising domestic and foreign companies, strategic investors and financial investors, banks and political institutions in relation to M&A transactions, public takeovers, joint ventures, restructuring and reorganisation measures as well issues relating to corporate and group law.
