PARTNER MOVES - DLA Piper welcomes technology partner Mark Bennett

Global law firm DLA Piper has appointed technology and real estate lawyer Mark Bennett as a partner in its Sydney office.

Mark has over 20 years of experience in Sydney, London, Hong Kong, and Mumbai. He has an extensive cross-border practice, with deep industry knowledge in technology and financial services.

His practice spans a wide range of areas, including digital commerce, strategic technological services procurement and outsourcing, data governance and digital content, software development and commercialisation, digital infrastructure (data centres and fibre networks), emerging and disruptive technologies (including AI), and sophisticated global sourcing, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
