Global law firm Eversheds has appointed leading construction and engineering disputes expert James Pickavance as a partner in its Litigation & Dispute Management team.

James joins from Herbert Smith Freehills and specialises in the resolution of disputes through adjudication, domestic and international arbitration, litigation and various other forms of alternative dispute resolution.

He brings a wealth of experience having advised on a number of domestic and international disputes across a range of sectors including, aviation, energy, healthcare, hotels, real estate, transport, super-yachts and waste.
