Law firm Eversheds has appointed Robert Ludwig as a partner in the London real estate finance team. Robert joins from Linklaters, where he was Managing Associate in the banking group.
Specialising in a broad range of real estate financing transaction types, Robert’s expertise includes acquisitions, developments, refinancings, loan/portfolio acquisitions, loan-to-own transactions, debt buybacks and restructurings.
Robert has strong cross-border experience having worked across a variety of jurisdictions. Before joining Eversheds, Robert spent 18 months on client secondments at J.P. Morgan, Barclays and Starwood Capital Group.
