Eversheds Sutherland has appointed M&A Partner Pieter Paul Terpstra to its corporate finance offering
Pieter Paul joins the global law firm’s Amsterdam office from DLA Piper where he was co-head of its Energy and Natural Resources practice in the Netherlands.
Pieter Paul, a highly skilled lawyer, brings more than 17 years of experience, with a particular focus on the renewable energy and technology sectors.
His extensive knowledge and know-how spans a wide range of transactions, including minority and majority investments, acquisitions, and joint ventures, often with a cross-border dimension.
Throughout his career, Pieter Paul has gained valuable international and in-house experience through various secondments. He has worked extensively on French law-governed transactions and was seconded to the in-house legal team of a multinational life insurance, pensions, and asset management company.
Pieter Paul's exceptional skills and dedication have been consistently recognised in legal industry directory, Legal 500, where he is ranked as a ‘Leading Individual’.
